24 Month Warranty

The Little Company products are designed and manufactured to provide years of everyday family use. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 24-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects including:

• defects in materials
• defects in workmanship
• faulty components under normal household use.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

• repair the product
• replace the defective part
• replace the product
• provide an appropriate refund where required.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear
• cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's function
• misuse, abuse or neglect
• accidental damage
• damage caused by improper assembly or failure to follow the instruction manual
• commercial or rental use
• modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorised persons.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Nothing in this warranty limits or replaces your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please email info@thelittlecompany.co.nz with:

• your proof of purchase
• your order number (if available)
• a description of the issue
• photographs or a short video showing the problem.

We'll assess your claim and respond as quickly as possible.

Replacement Parts

Where appropriate, replacement parts may be supplied instead of replacing the entire product.
